Kobond boat fabric consists of several layers. Its base (cord) consists of strong Dacron synthetic yarns, which, in turn, are covered on each side with two layers of PVC, the first layer of PVC improves adhesion and prevents the penetration of air into the polyester base, the second layer, the main, prevents mechanical effects on the material and increases airtightness. Absolute air tightness is a distinctive feature of boat fabrics from ordinary PVC materials.
