Round hole punch “Bozamet” Poland

In our store of materials, PVC fittings and equipment, you can order and buy fabric punches for round grommets from the Polish manufacturer BOZAMET. Cuttings (punches) are used for punching holes in PVC fabrics in order to further install grommets. : To install the grommet, we need special tools. We will use a rubber slab, hammer, piercer, rammer (mandrel), eyelets

: With the aid of the punch we make a hole in the fabric. Important! The diameter of the working part of the piercer should correspond to the diameter of the installed eyelet.

: Under the hole done place the working part of the distributor. Important! The flare machine must be appropriate with the grommet diameter

: On the working part of the flare machine, under the fabric, we place the lower part of the eyelet.

: We put the second part of the cringle.

: To complete the installation, use the flare tool (mandrel). Important! The flare machine must have a diameter with a grommet

: Having made several strong blows with a hammer on the mandrel, we bend the edges of the lower part of the grommet, thereby fastening it with the upper part
